HIVE’s BUZZ Unit Secures $30M in AI Cloud Contracts to Expand GPU Operations

HIVE Digital Technologies Ltd. has announced $30 million in customer agreements for its high-performance computing division BUZZ, marking a significant step in its AI cloud infrastructure expansion. The two-year fixed-term contracts will accelerate deployment of liquid-cooled GPUs at its Manitoba facility, with full operational capacity expected by Q1 2026.

The initial phase involves 504 Dell-based GPUs optimized for AI workloads, projected to generate $15 million in annual recurring revenue. HIVE anticipates its HPC segment revenue will grow from $20 million to $35 million post-deployment, contingent on capital expenditures and customer utilization rates.
